- Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Standards for Construction (Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations Part 1926)
- Army Safety Guidance and Standards
- General Industry Standards (Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations Part 1910)
- The National Fire Protection Association Codes as applicable to a contract
