Allstate Engineering’s safety program is based on industry standards and specifications such as:

  • US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual, EM 385-1-1
  • Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Standards for Construction (Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations Part 1926)
  • Army Safety Guidance and Standards
  • General Industry Standards (Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations Part 1910)
  • The National Fire Protection Association Codes as applicable to a contract

Allstate Engineering’s safety program is to create a work environment that:

  • Maintains safe work environments for the project delivery team
  • Safeguards the public and Government personnel, property, materials, supplies and equipment exposed to construction operations
  • Avoids interruptions of Government operations and delays in project completion dates
