Our Contractor Quality Control (CQC) System Managers are certified through the Army Corps Of Engineering (ACOE) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Contractor Quality Management training courses.
Allstate Engineering’s quality control program includes procedures for tracking and documenting preparatory, initial and follow-up control phases as well as control, verification and acceptance testing. During construction operations CQC managers implement the approved 3-phased QC Control System:
- Preparatory Phase (prior to beginning work on each definable feature of work)
- Initial Phase (at the beginning of a definable feature of work)
- Follow-up Phase (daily checks performed to assure control activities comply with contract requirements until completion of a feature of work)
The CQC System Manager executes the preparation of daily reports, identification and tracking of deficiencies and documentation of the progress of work. They maintain Quality Control information on a daily basis including the CQC Plan elements such as: quality control organization, project schedule, pay activities, definable features of work, submittal register, QC requirements, equipment list, daily CQC Report, QC rework and punch list items, QC testing, transferred and installed property and user training requirements.
